Event Programme

31 March - 31 March

Day 1

Strategic session: Real estate: from the project to the client

Language: Russian
Participance: free, admission with the exhibition ticket

Сompetition for the client is growing among the developers. Thanks to the recent law alterations the clients are finally no longer co-investors of the property developer sharing his risks, but truly demanding clients. It’s bringing a change to the consumer characteristics of real estate, which is acquiring higher quality, more service features and becoming more tech-savvy. It should also be finished in less time. After the shift to escrow accounts it concerns not only the clients, but also the developers.

Flats and serviced apartments in finished condition have taken over a considerable share in the market, and it keeps growing. There are companies that are already offering furnished flats. Developers used to refer potential clients to “trusted” stores or designers, and now they are offering fully furnished flats ready to move in. Specialized retailers are also working on the new formats, adjusting to the demands of the market, opening show-rooms nearby residential complexes, putting on offer professional construction and repair crews services along with the finishing materials.
