Business Programme

For the first time, MosBuild 2023 simultaneously presented 8 content areas, totally attended by over 14,000 specialists (more than 17% of the show visitors). More than 200 speakers took part in 69 events that took place during the 4 exhibition days. Traditionally, the business programme was divided into two branches: business analytical, where market experts summed up the results of 2022, announced plans for the current year, and discuss business and industry trends; and creative – where famous architects, designers and major market players presented their approach in creating spaces.

This year, special project Decorium and MosBuild Trend Gallery by AM-Group showcased international trends. At Decorium, 4 well-known Russian designers Ariana Akhmad, Rustem Urazmetov, Irina Grave and Ksenia Breivo presented design spaces dedicated to the popular global styles in interior design: Organic, Cyberpunk, Maximum Luxe and Passeism. The Decorium spaces and lecture hall project were developed by the famous Russian artist Marina Mariarti.

MosBuild Trend Gallery by AM-Group, a platform developed in partnership with AM-Group to showcase the latest trends in sanitaryware, appeared in the concept of the Art Quarter: 7 spaces created in collaboration with famous and young designers. The concept authors were Pavel Zheleznov and Ivan Pozdnyakov (Design Bureau P+Z), solutions for the trend zones were proposed by Angelina Aslanova, Victoria Smirnova, Nikolai Koloskov and Denis Gorokhov (TOL'KO INTERIORS), Angelina Askeri, Victoria Vlasova, Alexey Laptev (LPTV Design).

The show content program is annually focused on all target audiences of visitors and exhibitors. DIY Forum, Architecture Arena, Decorium Lecture Hall, Building Innovations and Master Classes Area, Big Window Forum, and MosBuild Lectorium by Manders, a new content zone for designers, became the largest points of attraction.

MosBuild Connect Studio became one of the most attended content areas at the show: 56 experts were interviewed on the open stage within the show days. MosBuild Connect online community welcomes to continue discussion and estimate all the interviews taken onsite.

“MosBuild is a flagship professional exhibition. This year we have grown by 300 exhibitors and more than 24,000 visitors. But the most important thing is that the exhibition gives us a slice of the market, and its scale demonstrates the scale of the industry development. Many exhibitors note that the activity at MosBuild speaks of the prospects for the industry development in the current year. This is an important sign for the business community at the start of the new season,” said Yakov Syromyatnikov, the MosBuild Director.

“MosBuild remains the major meeting point for the design community. This is a real professional holiday. I wish all of us to meet at MosBuild next year as well,” said Diana Balashova, a well-known Russian designer and permanent participant of the exhibition.

MosBuild 2024, the 29th International Building and Interiors Trade Show, will be held on May 13–16, 2024 at Crocus Expo IEC, Moscow, Russia. The exposition for 2024 is being actively formed.
